My own art practice is a vital part of both my personal journey and my professional work, offering a space for self-reflection and creative exploration. I draw inspiration from the rhythms and patterns of nature, with its ever-changing beauty and mystery.
The cycles of the seasons, the shifting landscapes, and the intricate designs found in the natural world often influence my work, grounding me in the interconnectedness of all things.
In my dual roles, I see art as a dynamic process of discovery whether guiding clients in accessing their inner worlds or navigating my own creative journey.
The act of making art nurtures my empathy, enhances my insight into the human experience, and supports my own well-being. This ongoing process of creation enriches my work with clients, reinforcing the profound connection between creativity, healing, and self-expression.
